Norse Sky is a creative design and build studio, specialising in the creation of themed sets and props for the attractions, theatre, TV and film industries. Known for our collaborative ethos and creative problem-solving skills, our experienced team of project managers, designers, set builders and prop makers deliver high-quality solutions tailored to suit any budget.
Our North Yorkshire studio is fully equipped to create a wide spectrum of built components. Our large format 3D printer, with a build volume of 3m3, is perfect for the production of IP characters and assets. Using a combination of steel, timber, GRP and scenic finishes our talented team can create almost anything in house. Challenge us; we love it!
From mini-golf courses and escape rooms around the world to seasonal events at Bolton Abbey and Chester Zoo, Norse Sky is proud to celebrate 10 years exporting Northern Creativity internationally and across the UK.

Christian Turford
Founded in 2015
Following a successful early career in the playground, adventure structure and climbing wall industry, Christian founded Norse Sky in 2015. Working tirelessly as a prop maker by day, designer by night.
As the workload increased, the support of talented friends and family allowed Norse Sky to win small build and refurbishment works for local attractions and theatres.
Over the following years Norse Sky built a reputation for reliability, quality and creative problem solving. As the number of happy customers grew, so did the scale and complexity of the projects.
Today, Norse Sky has an extensive portfolio, spanning multiple industries and continents, with a fully equipped production facility for all aspects of scenic construction, set building and prop making.
We pride ourselves on the work we do, and welcome any challenge.
